Many persons make the conscious decision to commit to completing a basic and/ or an advanced education (High School, Bachelors or Masters degree), with the primary purpose of transitioning into the world of work for the very first time. In fact, there are many students who specialize in a field of study with the objective of establishing a career within that industry. For example, it is very likely that someone who has pursued a degree in data science will thereafter seek employment in organizations within the data science industry, so that they can grow as a professional while putting their training and skills to use.
However, making a sudden transition from being a student to a member of the workforce is not as straight forward as it may seem, as there are many obstacles and unexpected challenges that have the potential to impede one’s happiness, confidence and success in the workplace. As such, Blue Phoenix Mentorship Services is geared towards facilitating and enabling the development, empowerment and achievement of entry-level workers as they transition into the workforce for the very first time. We aim to provide a fun, yet structured, engaging and interactive environment, through which entry-level workers can familiarize themselves with the various challenges they may encounter in the workplace, as well as effective coping strategies to thwart these challenges in a productive and healthy manner.
Additionally, in the Blue Phoenix environment, entry-level workers will acquire various skills and information that can enable them to be the best version of themselves in the workplace so that they can truly maximize their full potential. Making the transition from being a full-time student to a member of the workforce may not be easy for everyone, so it is our focus to make this transition as easy as possible so that the future of our workforce can continue to make meaningful contributions towards the maintenance and growth of our economy.
