Blue Phoenix Mentorship Services is a mentorship and counselling services company that aims to transform the lives of young persons through strategically designed programmes by psychology trained and qualified professionals to meet the needs of various groups today. Founded in Trinidad and Tobago, it was recognized that a vast majority of troubled adolescents lack the presence of a role-model, appropriate guidance, and a mentor figure in their lives. As a result, Blue Phoenix seeks to provide adolescents with a ‘second chance’ through mentorship and counselling services that will positively change their outlook, attitude and approach to life. Additionally, Blue Phoenix Mentorship Services has expanded to tailor programmes to different groups including, Protective Services recruits, High School and University Graduates transitioning into the Workplace as well as International Students transitioning into Foreign Universities.
